First of all congratulations to you for the great piece of writing 12 simple ways I increased my happiness. It influenced me a lot. What goes in my mind during reading this, is all that…
There should not be such hard and fast rules to be happy. You are alive, is enough to be happy. If you are feeling lifeless, do what makes you feel alive and happy. There are thousands of reasons to worry about and thousands to feel pleasure, while the choice is up to us. What we want to be. According to me, doing something we don’t want to do is quantitatively and qualitatively the most unhappy thing we are facing off but it is important to do that work effectively and efficiently…

There are 3 ways that can result in a productive work.

[1] PRESSURE or FEAR (fear of loss/fear of being looser)

[2] MOTIVATION (materialistic motivation or motivation by a person, as I am getting motivation from you)

[3] INSPIRATION (your inner voice to do something )

All mentioned above will provide a state of equilibrium to you and you will experience less force from the outside but your internal energy will bring out the difference. The aim which is achieved by some pressure or fear, no doubt, will provide you a state of temporary pleasure but it brings a lot of chaos, weakness, instability to you.

Whereas the work done by some piece of motivation (such that you will get a mobile phone after scoring well or a great life ahead etc…) will give you relief, but after the target is achieved. It is like a mobile phone on the other side of a long barren road with lots of barriers. Now, it depends upon your motivation, that how strong it is in the face all these barriers.

On the other side, Inspiration is what makes you feel happy, stable, free of the mess, all around your journey and after the arrival to your destination too. This is what we called stable equilibrium.

Spend your potential in doing a positive work and get a stable state or position. Inspiration is all about internal force/energy which can only be bought from inside. Which makes even the barren land, a road with velvet. So, to be happy all the time, do whatever you are doing with your soul involved in it. Being happy should be your habit, it should not be penurious to conditions.

Wishing you a living full life ahead 🙂

      Hello Mahika,
Thanks for such an awesome eye-opening essay. Each and every line of this is full of wisdom. I agree 100% with your thoughts. Happiness comes from inside. Thanks for adding more value to this post.
